Digital media & graphic design
Distinctive identities and interfaces built to stand out and scale across every touchpoint.
See it in Spirit House →I'm Ruby Bowditch, an emerging marketing and graphic designer working across branding, design and content. I love the whole mix: brand and graphic design, social and short-form content, and getting hands-on with real marketing.
Curious, motivated and always learning. I bring a strong creative eye and a lot of energy. I'm looking for a full-time role where I can grow and do great work. Gold Coast based, open to marketing, design and content roles.
Considered, collaborative, adaptable: start with the bigger picture before the ideas.
Understanding the audience, market and problem, then generating ideas worth chasing.
Clear objectives, success measures, scope and timelines so the work has direction.
Shaping the concept, positioning and visual direction that ties everything together.
Bringing it to life across brand, web and content, considered and hands-on.
Trying directions, comparing performance and sharpening what actually works.
Review, iteration and polish until it’s right, then launch.
Three disciplines, one joined-up approach: strategy, design and content under one roof.
Distinctive identities and interfaces built to stand out and scale across every touchpoint.
See it in Spirit House →Data-led campaigns that grow reach, engagement and sales, from first insight to final report.

The role. In my Marketing & Communications role at a private Queensland training institute, I planned, built and ran their awareness- and lead-focused Meta ad campaigns over a six-month period, handling the creative and the day-to-day account management.
What I did. Audience research and targeting, campaign and ad-set structure, performance creative, and continual testing and optimisation to grow reach and drive enrolment enquiries.
The creative, video and media I produced remain the intellectual property of the training institute and aren’t published here. Get in touch and I can share samples.
Contact me for the full breakdown & results →The project. Second Nature Skincare, a natural, vegan brand built on a simple promise: good for your skin, good for the planet. I designed it end to end, from logo to launch.
My approach. A warm coastal identity and sun-mark, product and packaging design across cleansers, scrubs, serums and gift sets, an e-commerce web design (desktop and mobile), and a full social campaign of feed, stories and reels.
The concept. Meridian Growth Advisory, a self-directed concept for a firm that helps ambitious businesses grow with clarity and confidence. A modern, premium identity for a traditionally conservative sector.
What I made. The identity and wave-mark system, a full website across desktop and mobile, a paid-social and organic content system (feed posts, stat cards, stories, reels and carousels), plus out-of-home and brand collateral.
The concept. Sunday Archives, a curated marketplace to buy, sell and rehome vintage and preloved fashion from independent makers. A warm, characterful brand built to make second-hand feel special. ‘Good finds. New stories.’
My approach. A full identity (logo, illustration and palette), a shopping-app and marketplace website UX/UI, a Meta-led social campaign, plus branded packaging and merch, a circular brand people want to belong to.
The project. Western Wonders Craft Gin, a locally distilled Queensland range of three gins (Shark Bay, Hillier Pink, Pinnacles Dry), each bottling a wild Western Australian landscape. I built the brand from bottle to basket.
My approach. Custom label artwork and product design across the range, gift-pack and retail packaging, a full e-commerce website design and app-style social concept, and a launch campaign, one cohesive story from shelf to feed.
More detail and final imagery coming soon.
Currently open to full-time roles, freelance projects and collaborations. I’d love to hear about what you’re making.
